just in time for today's discussion, a better quality and updated version of my previous sketch.

The areas do approximate the programme, with residential zoned in just under 1/5th of the site. Academic area approximates 22000 sqm (over 4 floors) and there is room for it to grow for future expansion (addnl 72000sqm).
