RE: template dynamics

Uttiya,

The template looks a lot better now. We  may still play with the text styles/colours/heights, hopefully that is not a big problem. But there is more space for the ideograms on this template which is good

Guys - what do you think? maybe comment on the blog?

Could you double-check that the plan does fit @ 1:1000 scale on the template sheet? Thanks

Hopefully we are going to be able to send you the site plan and landscape plan by the end of today, that is the target.

Thanks for your help

With kind regards

Subject: template dynamics

Dear All, two things:
1. The template is being resent with a re-sizing on A1. my version of ppt does it automatically - perhaps it did not work so well in other systems.
2. the template is AGILE - not a set of rules. I have demonstrated a first-cut of putting atul's ecology content on it - putting in ten minutes of work on it. Much more can happen, as content within each slide crystallizes.

The updated ppt file attached, with updated text sizings. also, check whether we all have calibri and garamond on our systems.

Lastly, I have briefed a motley crew here to be ready to hit the ground running in a few days on production work that is left over after this easter weekend.
what is desirable however, before they kick in are:
1. The site-plan in CAD
2. The landscape plan in CAD
3. system plans [but if that does not happen, no great tragedy]
4. The concept panel/s ideation

I am assuming that the panel-break-down is the same as in the last email from Bose...

Final model quote comes in on Monday, after I can re-sit with the short-listed modeler with the final site-plan.

Moreover, I have copied this email to a new address uttiyabhattacharya.pinkoleander@blogger.com
This gets automatically published to the blog.
This feature will be useful to document the design process for other to see after we win this one :-D

PS: Laying out the panels, getting model done after a discussion on art direction, and finishing off left-over ideograms/text is the least of our problems after monday tomorrow. There is enough depth of line-up here in the form of Priyanka and her cronies, Design Habit Team, and other well-wishers; So UK battle-unit need not worry about the 'how'. One should still spend as much time as possible on the 'what'.

Cheers!
