These are six versions of the structure plan. I feel it is early to pick the final one. We should be open ended and continue with our analysis/ individual bits. The massing study can be be applied to these options and we can pick the best options and develop them further.
In all six structure diagrams I have worked around the idea of a Conservation Area in the site (comprising of the woodland and the Canyon) which would be managed by Depts of Landscape + Environment + Conservation and concerned citizens.
